Silicone acrylates film former dissolved in methyl trimethicone, a volatile oil that evaporates to leave a soft, flexible film with good long-lasting adhesion to the skin without transfer. It is resistant to water, grease and rubbing. It forms a smooth, sticky film that is shiny and has a smooth, moist feel. It is widely used in makeup and sunscreens.
