Non-ionic surfactant with high HLB, soluble or dispersible in water, which favors its application in oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions. It is used as dispersants/solubilizers for oils and fragrances, and as co-surfactants and humectants in shampoos, liquid soaps and bath gels.
