Silicone elastomer dispersed in cyclopentasiloxane. Effective thickener in W/O systems, it is designed to be an effective gelling agent for various oils, including low molecular weight organic esters. It offers an excellent velvety, soft and silky sensation, matte appearance, long-lasting effect, does not leave residues and when it dries it produces the sensation of a soft powder. It is suitable for use in makeup and skin care applications.
