Isopropyl alcohol

2 Ethyl Hexy Alcohol

MIPK

Colorless, low-boiling liquid that is used as a chemical intermediate as well as a process solvent. Among a large number of applications is automotive repainting, paints, lacquers, dyes and pigments, it is an intermediary for fungicides and herbicides, for graphic arts, detergents and soaps.

MIBK

Colorless liquid with a pleasant aroma, slightly soluble in water. It is an active ingredient for synthetic resins such as cellulosic, vinyl, acrylic, alkyd, polyester and epoxy. It is useful for the formulation of high solids coatings. In addition to its application in inks, coatings and adhesives, it is used as an extraction agent for paraffins and oils; also in the manufacture of germicides, fungicides and pharmaceuticals.

DIBK

Colorless liquid of low density and slow evaporation, good active solvent for synthetic resins including nitrocellulose, rosin esters, phenolic, hydrocarbon, alkyd, polyester and acrylic. Helps improve flow and prevents moisture bleaching. Due to its low density and surface tension, it allows the development of coatings with a high solids content and low VOC's with excellent fluidity and leveling.

Acetone

Colorless liquid with a very volatile distinctive aroma, it is used as a raw material in the manufacture of methyl methacrylate and bisphenol A; It has good solvency properties for vegetable and animal fats, synthetic and natural resins, so it has application in coatings and cosmetics. Another application is in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry.

Texanol

Colorless liquid which is the main coalescent for latex paints, it performs well in a wide variety of weather conditions and substrates. Improves paint performance properties, rub resistance, washability, color development, thermal flexibility, and mud crack resistance. It also finds application as ore flotation, oil drilling muds, wood preservatives, and floor polishes.

Carbitol Acetate

Colorless liquid soluble in water and in most organic solvents. It is used as a coalescence aid in latex paints and as a solvent in printing inks. Its applications are in Auto OEM, refinish, printing inks, paints and coatings.

Tertiary Butyl Acetate

Clear liquid with medium evaporation, low polarity, low toxicity and minimal environmental impact. It has a wide solvency range making it very versatile for formulations of coatings, inks, adhesives, industrial cleaners and degreasers.

Methyl Acetate 97%

Clear, fast-evaporating liquid used in a wide range of resins for coatings and inks, including cellulose acetates, nitrocellulose, vinyl copolymers, acrylics, epoxy, polyamides, phenolics, alkyds, and polyesters. It is easily biodegradable and VOC free, so it can be used in environmentally friendly cleaners.

PM Acetate

Clear slow evaporating liquid with ether and ester functional groups, it is excellent for resins such as cellulose acetate, nitrocellulose, epoxy, acrylic and phenoxy. It is used as a retarder in lacquers, thinners, and baking glazes.

Isobutyl acetate

Colorless liquid of medium evaporation with a mild and fruity odor, it has a performance similar to butyl acetate and MIBK, due to its solvency, evaporation rate and odor, it is used in a wide range of coating applications.

Isopropyl acetate

Clear, fast evaporating liquid with properties between ethyl and butyl acetate. It is active for resins such as cellulose, nitrocellulose, vinyl copolymers, copolymers, polyamides, acrylics and alkyds.

2 Ethylhexyl Acetate

Clear liquid retardant with high boiling point, low water solubility, mild odor and slow evaporation rate. It is used to promote flow and prevent bleaching in lacquers, screen printing inks, baking and air-drying glazes.

Acetate of butilo

Colorless liquid, with a fruity odor and a medium boiling point; it is an active solvent for film formers, it is used in nitrocellulose lacquers as it dissolves easily and imparts fluidity, it is used in 2K polyurethane coatings to balance flow and drying, it prevents whitening when drying.

Ethyl acetate

Urethane Grade Ethyl Acetate

N-Propyl Acetate

N-Butyl Propionate

Clear urethane grade liquid, it evaporates slowly and has good solvency activity for a wide variety of resins, in lacquers and enamels drying at room temperature it is used as a retarder allowing flow and leveling.

EEP ester

Clear, slow-evaporating liquid with properties that include good resistance in baking applications. It has moderate odor, low surface tension and high electrical resistance. Produces low viscosities, good flow and exceptional leveling on a wide range of coatings. Used in auto OEM, automotive refinish, general industrial coatings, graphic arts, metal furniture, printing inks, wood coatings.

DPM

Colourless, hygroscopic, high boiling liquid with a mild odour. Miscible with water and organic solvents. It has good solvent power for nitrocellulose and dyes. Other resins where it works well are acrylic, epoxy, alkyd, polyester and polyurethanes.

DP Solvent

Clear liquid miscible in water of slow evaporation. It is an active solvent for resins such as nitrocellulose, acrylic, epoxy, chlorinated rubber and alkyd. In water-based systems it helps improve homogeneity; its low aroma allows its use in printing inks as well as in institutional cleaners.

PM Solvent

Clear, colorless liquid with an ether-like aroma. It is an active ingredient for nitrocellulose, epoxy, phenolic, acrylic and alkyd resins. Used in a wide variety of coatings, printing inks and cleaning applications as well as degreasers. It is used as a raw material in the production of pm acetate.

PNB

Colorless liquid with an ether-like odor with good coupling and solvent properties for coatings; Its properties allow use in agricultural products, coatings, cleaners, inks, textiles, and adhesives. It can substitute for butylcellosolve. It is an effective coalescent in water-based latex paints, it works as an active solvent in solvent-based paints, a chemical intermediate in the production of plasticizers, epoxies and derivatives of acid esters.

PNP

Colorless and flammable liquid, it is completely soluble in water and has good coupling. It shows good solvency for coatings and is an excellent coalescent. Its properties support its use in coatings, cleaning products such as hard surface cleaners including metal, glass, floor wax strippers; inks, agricultural, textiles and adhesives. In mixtures it can replace cellosolves.

Glycol Ether PE

Colorless liquid of low level of toxicity and superficial tension and slow evaporation; these are some of the benefits of use in cleaning formulations. Provides good solvency in a wide variety of alkyd, epoxy, acrylic, polyester, nitrocellulose, and polyurethane resins.

DPNB

Colorless liquid with a mild odor and low volatility. It has low water solubility, good coupling, and demonstrates good solvency for coatings. DPNB's properties support its use in agricultural products, cleaning products, ink, textiles, and adhesives. It is an excellent coalescent with acrylic, acrylic-styrenated and polyvinyl acetate resins, offering superior film-forming characteristics.

Glycol Ether TPM

Colorless liquid of low toxicity, completely miscible in water and with little odor. It has excellent solvency with polar and non-polar substances. Good choice for wax removers and floor cleaners due to surface tension and slow evaporation. Other applications are in agriculture, electronics, inks, textiles and adhesive products.
